The Lindenhurst Library is Offering Zoom Classes for People to Participate in Yoga Classes

It is essential to keep moving to help your body, mind, and soul. When social distancing is a must, this often means taking part in Zoom classes to get some exercise. The team at the Lindenhurst Library has put together online courses so that you can take part in Chair Yoga! Advance registration is required to take part in this event, and space is limited. Each class is taught by a certified yoga instructor, and once registered, you will receive a login link and attend when class starts.

• Cost: Free – However, a library ID card is required to register
